1. Operator identification

OmniStore is the trading name of a software-as-a-service platform operated by:

  • Name: Harold Voufack
  • Capacity: Natural person operating as an unincorporated individual operator (no separate legal entity)
  • Country of operation: Republic of Cameroon
  • Email: legal@useomnistore.com (legal notices) and support@useomnistore.com (support enquiries)

Harold Voufack is personally and individually responsible as the operator of OmniStore. There is no separate legal entity, no parent company, no holding structure, and no other natural or legal person bearing responsibility for OmniStore’s obligations.

2. Absence of company registration

OmniStore is not currently incorporated as a company, an SARL, an SA, or any other legal form. Accordingly:

  • There is no company registration number (RCCM, B-number, or equivalent).
  • There is no VAT identification number or other tax-identification number reportable in this Imprint. Where indirect tax must be collected on Subscription Fees, OmniStore complies with the applicable thresholds and obligations of the jurisdictions involved.
  • There is no registered office address in the corporate sense. Postal correspondence for legal purposes is currently not supported; please use email.
  • There is no Data Protection Officer appointed under GDPR Article 37. We have assessed that we are not subject to the mandatory DPO appointment criteria. Data-protection enquiries are handled by Harold Voufack personally, contactable at legal@useomnistore.com.

This information will be updated when OmniStore is incorporated. The version of this Imprint published at the time of any given event reflects the legal status as of the effective date shown at the top.

3. Responsible person for editorial content

Under the Cameroonian Loi N° 2010/021 du 21 décembre 2010 régissant le commerce électronique au Cameroun and under comparable EU rules requiring identification of the person responsible for the editorial content of a website (sometimes called “Impressum” obligations):

User-generated content on OmniStore Merchant Storefronts (product listings, store branding, customer communications) is published by the respective Merchant, not by OmniStore. Each Merchant is responsible for the content of their own Storefront.

4. Regulated activities

OmniStore is not currently licensed by any regulator as:

  • A payment institution (we use Stripe, Campay, and Monetbil as our regulated payment processors).
  • A financial-services provider.
  • A telecommunications operator.
  • A tax adviser, legal adviser, or accountant.

Where you require any of these regulated services, you must obtain them from an appropriately-licensed third party.

5. Hosting and infrastructure

The Platform is hosted with third-party providers. The current list of subprocessors and infrastructure providers is published at useomnistore.com/legal/subprocessors.

6. Dispute resolution

For disputes:

  • The Terms of Service at useomnistore.com/legal/terms describes the dispute-resolution process.
  • The competent forum is the courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon (see Terms of Service §12).
  • Informal resolution by email to legal@useomnistore.com is the required first step.

The European Commission’s online dispute-resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. OmniStore is not currently obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings under EU consumer law in respect of its Merchants (who are not consumers in the B2B SaaS relationship), but Harold Voufack will engage in good-faith efforts to resolve disputes by direct communication.

7. Liability for linked third-party sites

The OmniStore platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. payment-processor sites, social-media profiles, blog articles). OmniStore has no editorial control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content. Following such a link is at your own risk.

8. Trade marks

“OmniStore” is used as a trading name by Harold Voufack. Any trade marks of third parties referenced on the Platform (Stripe, Cloudflare, AWS, Campay, Monetbil, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

9. Changes to this Imprint

We may update this Imprint when underlying facts change - most notably, when OmniStore is incorporated as a legal entity, in which case the company registration details will be added. Material changes will be communicated by email and through the in-app banner. The current version, effective date, and change summary appear at the top of this page.
